I was a delighted, enthusiastic Netflix customer until they stopped processing returns on Fridays. That may not sound like a big deal, but it effectively cuts the number of possible DVD rentals by 33%. It used to be possible to get three sets of DVDs per week, but now it's down to only two. It takes two days in the mail to turn a new order around (one day to return the old DVDs + one day to receive the new ones), so since they now process returns only four days per week, it's impossible to get more than two sets per week. They never announced the cutback--they just stopped processing my returns on Fridays, so after a few weeks I canceled my account.

awesome service, and only gets better. i made the mistake of switching to blockbuster and quickly realized that was a wrong number. my kids and i are very happy with this service and you will be too. at 1699 for 3 at a time you cant beat the value. keep up the good work netflix!
